Each entity has its own workbook link — set those in the Entities table above (new entities get their own link field too). All linked workbooks are synced together, each booked to its entity. Share every file as “Anyone with the link” → Can view — a link that requires sign-in fails with HTTP 401. The optional field below is for one extra/combined workbook. The sheet needs a product column (SKU/ASIN or Product) and a Sales column; Date, Entity, Units and Profit columns are optional. Rows without a date are booked to yesterday.
